7. The participating candidate will be responsible for verifying the identity of the candidate participating in the marriage selection fair under "Maitri Shaadi Event" organised by "Kalixaa" Proprietary Firm on the "Maitri Shaadi" platform.

8. "Kalixaa" Proprietary Firm does not take the responsibility of verifying the candidate's behaviour, character, whether he is involved in any illegal activity, or whether the candidate is a drug addict of any kind. The entire responsibility for that will lie with the participating candidate and his relatives and parents. 

9. Candidate and registered candidate's family, relatives, or friends are responsible for accepting the terms and conditions laid down by the "Kalixaa" proprietary firm, from time to time.

10. "Kalixaa" proprietary firm possesses the right to remove, add, edit, or leave the terms in any condition arising on any event arising due to the nature. Declaration:
