Our subscription plans are based on:

of profiles you can view, and

of members you can connect with.
Since these services can be accessed and utilised
immediately upon purchase, and we cannot track offline communication after
contact information is exchanged, we do not process refunds for:
- Partial
or non-use of features
- Dissatisfaction
with matches
- Change
of decision after payment
- Account
deletion or inactivity
2. Exceptional Cases
