- Who
can create a profile on the website?
As per our terms and conditions, the following individuals
are allowed to create a profile:
a) The Bride or Groom (Self)
b) Father
c) Mother
d) Sibling (Brother/Sister)
e) Others (e.g., HUF - Hindu Undivided Family)
Note: The person creating the profile must
accept the website's terms and conditions.
- Can
I update the address in my profile?
Yes, you can easily update your address. Log in to your
account, go to 'Manage Profile', find the address section, and make
the necessary changes.
- How
can I add or change an alternate mobile number or email address?
When it comes to your contact information, your privacy and
security are our top priority. To update or add an alternate contact number or
email, log in using your registered email. Then, go to 'Manage Profile' and
make the changes under contact details.
- Where
can I report a fake profile?
If you come across a fake profile, we encourage you to
report it immediately. Log in to your account and go to the 'Support' section.
There, you will find the contact details of our Grievance Redressal Officer.
You can report the issue via your registered email address.
- What
payment methods are accepted?
You can make payments using the following options:
- UPI
- Credit
Card
- Debit
Card
- Net
Banking
- QR
Code
Net Banking: These options are available when purchasing any
package.
- Can
I create two profile accounts?
You cannot create two profiles using the same email address.
However, you can create two separate profiles using two different email
addresses & contact number.
- Can
I delete my profile account?
Yes, you can delete your profile by logging in and
selecting 'Delete My Profile'.
Note: Once deleted, your profile cannot be
recovered.
- How
do I create a profile account?
To create your profile:
- Visit www.maitrishaadi.com
- Click
on 'Registration' (top right corner).
- Fill
in the required details:
- Created
By: Select from the list and provide necessary details.
- Candidate
Profile: Choose one option.
- Document
Verification: Select the verification method (Passport/Driving
License/Aadhar card/PAN Card), enter details, and click 'Verify'.
- Enter
your email, mobile number, and an alternate number (if you prefer not to
share your main number publicly).
- Please
set your password and remember it.
- Read
and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click 'Create
Account'.
- Check
your email for a verification link, click it, and log in again.
After Email Verification:
- Log
in using your email and password.
- On
the homepage, click 'Manage Profile'.
- Enter
the following required details:
- Education
Details
- Partner
Expectations
- Family
Details
- Residential
Information
- More
fields…
- Click
the 'Public' button to make your profile visible on the
website.
Tip: Complete all fields to improve your chances
of receiving genuine inquiries.
- Can
I get a refund after purchasing a package?
a. No, refunds are generally not allowed after a
package is purchased.
b. A refund is only possible in the following
situation:
- If
the payment amount was deducted from your bank account but not credited to
Kalixaa's business account, the bank will self-process, deposit the same
value in the original bank account.
- In
this case, the amount is deducted from the bank account and deposited in the
firm's bank account, but the package which have been purchased is not
activated. In this condition customer has to provide supporting documents
to the “Kalixaa” proprietary firm’s support team support@kalixaa.com through email
with payment details and their bank statement.
- After
verifying the issue, the form will refund the amount (without interest) to
the customer's original payment method within seven working days of
receiving the email.
Note: Refunds are not given if the purchased
package is not used within the validity period.
- Can
I get a refund for an unused package?
If you do not use the package
within its valid period, it will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
